1. Preview and Approval Process

Our refund policy is centred around our preview and approval process:

1.1 Initial Preview

Once your song is created, we will send you a preview before finalising the production. This preview allows you to:

• Hear the song in its near-complete form
• Review the lyrics, melody, and overall feel
• Request changes or adjustments (as part of your included revision)

1.2 Revision Stage

At the preview stage, you have the opportunity to request one round of revisions (included in all packages). You may ask for changes to:

• Specific lyrics or wording
• Musical elements such as tempo, instrumentation, or arrangement
• Overall mood or style (within reasonable limits)

We will incorporate your feedback and send you an updated preview.

1.3 Final Approval

Once you confirm that you are happy with the preview, we will finalise your song and send you the complete high-quality audio files.

Important: Once you approve the preview and confirm you are satisfied with the song, the work is considered complete and accepted. After this point, refunds are not available as the service has been delivered to your satisfaction.

2. When Refunds Are Available

2.1 Before Production Begins

If you wish to cancel your order before we have begun working on your song, you are entitled to a full refund.

To qualify for this refund, you must contact us within 2 hours of placing your order.

2.2 Before Preview Approval

In the unlikely event that we are unable to create a song that meets the requirements you specified, or if you are fundamentally dissatisfied with the preview (even after revisions), we will work with you to resolve the issue.

If we cannot reach a satisfactory resolution, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund, assessed on a case-by-case basis.

3. When Refunds Are Not Available

Refunds are not available in the following circumstances:

3.1 After Preview Approval

Once you have confirmed your approval of the song preview and we have delivered the final files, refunds are not provided. Your approval indicates that the song meets your expectations and the service has been completed successfully.

3.2 Change of Mind

Refunds are not available simply due to a change of mind after approval. We encourage you to carefully review the preview before approving it.

3.3 Inaccurate Information Provided

If the song does not meet your expectations because of inaccurate, incomplete, or unclear information provided during the ordering process, this does not qualify for a refund. We create songs based on the information you provide, so accuracy is essential.

3.4 Subjective Preferences

Refunds based solely on subjective preferences (e.g., "I don't like this genre after all") after approval are not provided. We offer a preview and revision process specifically to address preferences before final approval.

3.5 Technical Issues on Your End

If you are unable to access or play the audio files due to technical issues with your device or software, this does not qualify for a refund. We will provide support to help you access the files.

4. Physical Products

If you have ordered a physical CD:

• Refunds for physical products are available only if the CD is defective or damaged upon arrival
• You must contact us within 7 days of receiving the CD
• We may require photographic evidence of the defect or damage
• We will replace the CD at no additional cost or issue a refund for the CD portion of your order

Refunds for physical CDs are not available if you simply change your mind after receiving the product.

• There were delays in delivery beyond our control
• A portion of your order (e.g., a physical CD) was not fulfilled as expected
