1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and placing an order with Wrapped In Song, you confirm that you are in agreement with and bound by the terms and conditions contained herein. These terms apply to the entire website and any email or other type of communication between you and Wrapped In Song.

2. Services

Wrapped In Song provides bespoke, personalised song creation services. Each song is created uniquely based on information provided by the customer.

Our services include:

• Original songwriting and composition
• Professional vocal and instrumental production
• Mixing and mastering
• Digital delivery of high-quality audio files
• One round of revisions (as outlined in the pricing)

3. Ordering Process

When you place an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete information about your requirements. The quality of the final song depends significantly on the detail and accuracy of the information you provide.

Orders are confirmed upon receipt of full payment. We will acknowledge your order via email within 24 hours.

4. Delivery

Standard turnaround time is 48-72 hours from order confirmation. Express delivery options are available for an additional fee.

Songs are delivered digitally via email or download link in MP3 and WAV formats.

Physical CDs, if ordered, are dispatched within 5-7 working days and delivery times depend on your location.

5. Preview and Approval

You will receive a preview of your song before final delivery. You may request changes at this preview stage as part of your included revision.

Once you confirm your approval of the preview, the final files will be sent to you. Approval of the preview constitutes acceptance of the completed work.

6. Revisions

Each package includes one round of revisions. Revisions must be requested within 48 hours of receiving your preview.

Revisions may include changes to lyrics, melody, tempo, or instrumentation, but cannot constitute a complete rewrite of the song.

Additional revisions beyond those included in your package are available for an additional fee.

7. Intellectual Property and Copyright

Upon full payment and delivery, you receive a personal, non-exclusive licence to use your song for private, non-commercial purposes.

You may:

• Play the song at private events
• Share it with family and friends
• Post it on personal social media accounts
• Keep it for personal enjoyment

You may not:

• Use the song for commercial purposes without prior written agreement
• Claim authorship of the song
• Sell, licence, or distribute the song to third parties
• Use the song in any way that violates applicable laws

Wrapped In Song retains copyright ownership of all songs created, including the right to showcase excerpts for promotional purposes (unless otherwise agreed in writing).

8. Payment

All prices are in British Pounds (£) and include VAT where applicable.

Payment is required in full before work commences on your song.

We accept major credit/debit cards and other payment methods as displayed on our website.

9. Refund Policy

Please refer to our separate Refund Policy for detailed information about cancellations and refunds.

In summary: Once you approve the preview of your song, the work is considered complete and refunds are not available. Refunds may be available before preview approval in certain circumstances.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

11. Limitation of Liability

Wrapped In Song shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with our services.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific song in question.

12. Force Majeure

We shall not be held liable for any delays or failures in performance resulting from acts beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, strikes, or technical failures.

13. Customer Conduct

You agree to:

• Provide truthful and accurate information
• Not request content that is illegal, defamatory, offensive, or violates third-party rights
• Communicate respectfully with our team
• Not misuse or attempt to harm our website or services

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who violates these terms or engages in abusive behaviour.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.

Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
